Shipping policy

 

Shipping to addresses in the USA is FREE on orders over $25

Please see our shop announcement (on our home page) for current turnaround time. If timeline is not specified, please refer to these policies for shipping times. Turnaround time is how long it will take us to create your handmade (custom) piece, this does not include the amount of time it will take for USPS to deliver it to you. Our time frame changes dependent upon our current workload. If this does not meet your needs, you must contact us BEFORE ordering to ensure that we can accommodate your request to have it out before then. 

Products will ship 2-3 weeks after payment is received. This is because your custom piece is not started (and the components are not ordered) until payment is made. If it will be longer than the estimated time, we will update you on the cause of the delay.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: Once an item leaves our home, we no longer have any control over it. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by USPS, especially during the holiday season. My Hero Creations, LLC is not responsible for anything lost or stolen in transit (USPS). You will be provided with a tracking number and can use it to track your package via usps.com

Right now we ship only using US Postal Service First Class unless otherwise stated. If you need a faster shipping method, please contact us PRIOR to checking out so that we can upgrade your listing's shipping cost. Priority and Express shipping is available for an additional cost. 

We ship all orders directly through Shipstation, so be certain to double check the address you enter to ensure your package reaches it's destination. Incorrect addresses will only delay the shipment and My Hero Creations, LLC is NOT responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address being provided.
